No. All of our items are priced individually. This allows each event to be unique. Occasionally, we do offer specials on certain rental items.

We would like to remind you that all reservations are subject to product availability. Therefore, we highly recommend that you reserve your rental items as soon as possible once you are firm on your event date. For large events, we suggest reserving at least 6 months in advance, while weddings should reserve at least 3 months in advance. However, if you have a last-minute request and we have availability, we would be happy to accommodate you. Please keep in mind that permitting may also be necessary for your tent and can take up to 2 weeks or longer depending on your municipality. Thank you for choosing us as your rental provider.

To make a reservation, we require your contact information, valid credit card information and a non-refundable deposit. For most rental items, the deposit is equal to 25% of your reservation total. For tents and large event equipment, the deposit is equal to 50% of your final balance. This deposit will be applied toward your final invoice amount.

if you happen to find any missing or damaged items upon receipt of your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us right away so that we can make a note on your account and arrange for any necessary replacements. If it’s outside of our regular business hours, simply call us at (480) 331-3660 and leave a message in our after-hours emergency mailbox. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that we are unable to accept disputes after an event has ended. However, we are more than happy to perform a full inventory count of any items in question if you so desire. it is important to have public utilities marked before staking your tent or canopy. As a complimentary service, we can handle this for you with a minimum of four working days notice. Please keep in mind that Blue Stakes does not mark private utilities or sprinkler lines. Additionally, if you choose to anchor your tent with concrete weights, there will be an additional cost.
